Its operation

Eurobackup is a service through which we manage and take responsibility for the daily backup of your data.



In order to do this, we place our backup infrastructure at your disposal that we then supervise and maintain in your place.



Your data are backed up using a software agent installed locally on each workstation and server.



It will enable you to select the data, program the backing up of them, and define the history that you want to keep.

Once your set of backups has been configured, the various operations will be executed automatically without your intervention being required.



In practice, Eurobackup will select the data to be backed up, verify their integrity, compress them, encrypt them and then send them to our servers located in two Data Centers.

A detailed report is sent to you at the end of the procedure to inform you of the results. 



Your data are restored with the same software agent. 



All you have to do is select the files, choose the version you need and enter your encryption key.



You can also restore your data from anywhere in the world via our web interface, which provides the same functions as the local software agent.
