We all alter files a number of times in just a few days and then suddenly realise that a past version would have been better but you cannot go back to it since that version of the file no longer exists.
The Eurobackup service provides a daily backup of data that has changed.
This means that each version can be saved for as long as is necessary and you can retrieve a file in the state it was in at a particular point in time.
It does not matter whether this was a minute ago, the previous day, the week before, last month or longer, if you so choose.
